恆大已發第二次盈警 其他老碧萬科等等 亦都落雨收遮廣積糧 等唔切下季減息啦還是想倒迫政府加快喐手? 雖然現在內房只佔組合大概十幾個%
但决定暫時放手高負債內房換入現金牛大楓葉 上月沽出楓葉$2.83
至今下跌兩成而組合內房同期大概下跌1成內= 雖冇乜著數啊但亦當執身彩
哈………
算吧 下季再考慮内房機會

For 3333.HK, I think it is a "very risky" stock. I do not want to hold/trade 3333.HK "at any price".
I am much agreed with you that there are plenty of "good stocks" trading at "relatively cheaper" prices.

P.S. Comparing with other China enterprises, 1317.HK has not much dividend yield.

刪除及未來幾年平均20%左右盈利增長(估)

假加現在內地放水 大部分會進入樓市 另外一部分走去外國同人接盤 都係白做吃力不討好 內房一向波幅驚人明日減息啦又會龍精虎猛 現在喺房地產同政府間嘅博弈 哈……
刪除既然市場有大量平貨供應
有D覺得無謂再去冒內防風險呀!
