股值呢樣嘢好主觀鄉下仔唔夠膽判斷近年睇中內房只因內地十六萬億龐大市場及因疫情引致經濟內循環或冇得出國玩會否對文旅有利？ 政策上幾條紅線會否對盲目擴張嘅內房有利？ 銀行減少房貸會否對大企業收購合併更有利 等等....相信 好快 大概一年 就知道答案嘻.... 假如融創係冇得留低 鄉下仔亦會跟隨離開股票市場
