My regret:If yesterday I do more "stock switching": sold more China economy related stocks and used same proceeds to buy 700.HK as much as possible, the whole investment portfolio would be much valued!But there was no "if"!
3333.HK is too bad!Investors' confidence in China real estate field is completely destroyed by 3333.HK!1918.HK, 960.HK, ... are all affected by it!
一連串密集式政改令市場一時間消化唔嚟恆大回a失敗後心會引至連串財務問題重組係唯一出路 仲想超高債務情況之下派高息嘅計劃終於要回收但政府同企業之間搏鬥 依然毫無節奏 盲衝硬闖 哈....內房企業係咪行人止步 定係被政策拖垮要用時間去證明 已經冇可能用常識計算到出嚟
Do you believe 3333.HK really can pay interim/special dividends? I think it was just "speaking aloud" to stimulate the share/bond prices in last week!######1918.HK is so sad. I hope it will announce its interim results ASAP. I think the results should be quite OKay!
先前有間銀行仔追佢啲咁多(未到期)債務依家已經取消今次特別股息 (但邊個畀膽一間細行去追一條未到期嘅數？？)。嘻... 組合於板塊當中有唔同遭遇似係十隻手指一樣各有長短除非去投資一啲抱團股否則內房內銀內險及一眾高息工業股依然係組合核心
